Update

I have not written a post for a while so I thought I would give an update.  I am still taking the conceive plus vitamins.  I find a significant reduction in my period pain and I feel like my period is more red red rather than a darker red.  Also I know that a lot of women get brown blood spots before a period that doctors say is old blood.  I recently read that it can also be a sign of endometriosis.  Since I've been taking these vitamins, my usual brown spotting that starts a week before my period, has now gone down to starting either the day before or day of my period.   So I do think these vitamins helpful.  Also I just wanted to say I read a few articles on the importance of vitamin d for fertility.  So if you are looking at different vitamins or supplements then remember to think about adding a vitamin d, there is vitamin d in the conceive plus vitamins so I am getting enough of that.  As always I'm just sharing my experiences and I am not a doctor or medical person so be sure to check with your doctor any concerns you have about taking supplements or vitamins.

I did take a break for a couple of weeks from the vitamins while I was on holiday, I just wanted to make sure I fully enjoyed my holiday while not worrying about whether I remembered my vitamins or not.  I think it's good and healthy to take a break from fertility and hopefully reduce your stress.

Last week I also joined the gym again.  I have been doing my working out at home but I find I don't really push myself enough.  Paying the money for the gym motivates me to go there and work out, not to mention just being in the environment of everyone working out.   I am hoping staying healthy and fit will help my fertility.   I did also turn 40 in August so I'm also feeling like my window of opportunity is shrinking!!! Although many people get pregnant in there 40s, some even in there 50s, soon I will have to really consider doing treatment.  I was just really hoping I could do this the natural way, I am not giving up yet but since I don't really know when menopause will hit me, I have to consider that I shouldn't wait too long before going down that route.

Anyway this is just an update on what I've been doing and my progress, there isn't really much else I have been doing in regards to endometriosis and fertility which is why I havn't posted for a while.
