Ferti Lily Review

So today I will review the ferti lily products I am currently using.  I am on my second month of using them so although I would love to be typing this saying it worked within the first month that has not happened, who knows perhaps I will get a Christmas miracle.

So although I read a lot of people recommended using a menstrual cup instead of a sperm cup, I decided I wanted to get a sperm cup.  The reason being as you can see it is not as deep as a menstrual cup so I figured that would help get the sperm as high as possible.   I read a few reviews saying it was hard to put in and some even saying it was painful.  I have to say I did not have any pain.  I didn't have any trouble putting it in but maybe that is because I use a menstrual cup and it inserts similar.  However, I am not sure if it was going up far enough in the first month and I'm not sure it was the right way.   The reason being you have to flip it inside out like an umbrella then insert it and then it will pop the other way round.  This month I am tugging gently on the string after pushing it as far as I can and you kind of hear a little pop of it going the other way.  Also I find it going further up this month than last month as when it comes to taking it out I have to really push down to be able to grab the end.  So it is possible I was not inserting it far enough up the last month.

With my Ferti Lily package I also got the gel.  I found it quite expensive for what it is.  It seems very watered down so it comes out of the tube quite fast and I feel like it's not going to last very long because of that.  The other thing I don't like about it is that it dries fast and quite sticky.

So if you are thinking about buying products from ferti lily then I recommend the cup but I would try and find a cheaper gel that perhaps is not so runny and watered down.

So that is the end of this post, fingers crossed I get a positive result from this product and of course I will keep you updated.
