After 2 years of unsuccessfully getting pregnant, my OH and I went to the fertility clinic to find out what was wrong. I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I came away very overwhelmed. I decided to change my lifestyle and my diet to see what differences I could make before going ahead with any treatment. This blog is just for me to share my research and my experiences. It also will be kind of like a diary for me, I will write about my fertility journey and hopefully in the future I'll be posting about a pregnancy.
